"The sea is the place where I fell in love with nature and where I found my place in the world. When you're alone in the middle of the ocean, you're really in tune with the element: It is by managing through the psycophysical pain - the discovery of solitude, the management of anxiety and sleep - that you get in tune with that wild world that is the ocean."
