With the One Ocean Educational Tour the foundation promotes educational days dedicated to raising awareness among young people in schools and sports centers. Testimonies from our ambassadors and in-depth lessons from our researchers are the tools we use to educate thousands of young people each year on the subjects of marine pollution, climate change, blue technologies and ocean literacy.

Each day of the Tour is adapted to its specific context, but a presentation of our code of ethics, the Charta Smeralda, is always included. The charter proposes simple actions within everyone’s reach and clearly lists the areas where action to safeguard the sea can be taken. Screenings of films and scientific insights, practical activities, games and workshops on specific topics characterize these days which have been extremely popular with students.
