Congratulations to our ambassador Caterina Banti, already an Olympic gold medalist in sailing in Tokyo with Ruggero Tita aboard the Nacra 17 mixed catamaran, for winning her fourth world championship, once again in the role of helm for Tita. Following victories in 2018, 2022, and 2023, they have confirmed their supremacy for the third consecutive year, this time on the French waters of La Grande-Motte, where they convincingly triumphed over a highly competitive and prepared fleet in anticipation of the Olympic Games in Paris, which, for sailing, will be held in Marseille. One Ocean Foundation congratulates Caterina on this new and prestigious sporting achievement and thanks her for her constant commitment to protecting the sea, helping to spread the urgency of changing course.
