Documentary filmmaker and content creator, Edoardo Pierantozzi uses his project, Pescatori di questo mondo (Fishermen of this world), to tell the stories of communities that live in close connection with water—preserving cultures, traditions, and trades that are at risk of disappearing. With his appointment as Ambassador, One Ocean Foundation strengthens its commitment to promoting a new ocean culture, blending knowledge, memory, and storytelling to raise awareness and inspire concrete change.
Awarded during the Venice Climate Week 2026 by Sylvia Earle and Rosalba Giugni for his commitment to raising awareness on water-related issues, Eddy shares our vision of a future founded on knowledge, awareness, and marine protection.
